“Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it.”

Helen Keller

For centuries, the Linden tree has been a symbol of healing, protection, and renewal. Planted at the heart of villages, it served as a gathering place where people sought counsel, connection, and solace. Its broad canopy offered shelter, while its fragrant blossoms were used in traditional remedies to calm the mind and body. Linden wood is also known for being soft and flexible, a reminder that strength lies in the ability to bend, adapt, and grow with the present.

Much like the Linden tree, Lindenwood Therapy is a place of refuge and restoration. This is a space where you are invited to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your core self. In therapy, you will discover your strengths, release old stories that keep you stuck, and reconstruct new ones that align with your best self. Healing does not mean erasing the past; it means finding the resilience and wisdom that have been within you all along.

Hello and welcome! I’m Jin Kim Diep, founder of Lindenwood Therapy and a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) with the CRPO. My journey to becoming a therapist is fueled by a deep love for people and a curiosity about how we heal, grow, and make sense of our experiences. Like many, I have faced my own struggles with anxiety, burnout, grief, and loss. These experiences shape who I am and how I show up as a therapist.

With over 10 years of experience in public service, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting individuals through life’s challenges. Nothing brings me more joy than this heart work. I hold an honours degree in psychology, a master’s in behavioural analysis, and a master’s in counselling psychology. My approach is evidence-based, compassionate, respectful, and collaborative.

As a registered psychotherapist (qualifying), I offer a respectful, inclusive, and strength-based approach, grounded in the belief that we all have the inner strength to create positive change and move toward a life aligned with our hearts and values.

I would be honoured to walk beside you on your healing journey.
