This 90-minute single session offers a focused and compassionate space to work through a specific issue, decision, or unexpected life event that has left you feeling unsettled or overwhelmed. It is a chance to gain clarity, focus on a meaningful goal, and explore your next steps without committing to ongoing therapy.

grief and loss

Grief is deeply personal, and healing does not follow a set timeline. Whether you are mourning the loss of a loved one, adjusting to the end of a relationship, or navigating a major life transition, these sessions offer a space to process your emotions with care and compassion. Together, we can explore your unique experience of grief, and when words feel limiting, art, writing, and or music can be brought in to help express your grief.

Research has shown that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions, fostering the same depth of connection and therapeutic progress. Sessions are conducted through a secure and HIPAA-compliant platform, ensuring your privacy and safety.

I lead free Loving-Kindness (Metta) meditation sessions as a way to give back to the community, offering a space for connection, compassion, and inner peace. Having trained with the Centre for Mindfulness Studies, I am committed to making meditation accessible to all. Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, these guided sessions provide a welcoming environment to cultivate calm, clarity, and emotional well-being.

Making Therapy Accessible

It is my belief that therapy should be available to those who need it most. To support accessibility, I offer a limited number of reduced-rate sessions for seniors and individuals experiencing financial hardship. These sessions are available at a rate of $75 per session, with a maximum of four sessions per client.
